Lauren McNamara, Founder

Lauren McNamara was raised in Southern California before moving to the East Coast to attend American University, graduating from The Kogod School of Business, in Washington, D.C.

Before starting Le Bon Temps, she worked at hedge funds for over 10 years specializing in bookkeeping, operations, and office management.

She loves the outdoors, hiking and running on weekends. Lauren shares her enthusiasm for sculpture parks, traveling, and puzzling with her husband, a battalion chief in the FDNY, and their daughter, Fiona.

Lauren McNamara is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and a certified Quickbooks Accountant.

Gia Moy, Senior Analyst

Gia Moy attended California State University, Fullerton, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and a Master’s in Business Administration and Management.

She has spent more than a decade working with small businesses, providing them with  accurate accounting and bookkeeping services that follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, as well as assisting them with business management best practices, human resources and administrative functions. Adaptable and conscientious, Gia can easily solve problems, and take on challenging projects, while efficiently managing workflow.

Outside of work, she enjoys photography and cooking/baking.

Gia speaks Vietnamese fluently.

Danielle White, HR Specialist

Danielle White originally hails from the Midwest, and attended Missouri Southern State University where she received her degree in Business Administration and Management.  Following graduation she headed out east to attend Pennsylvania State University, and completed her Master’s in Human Resources and Employee Relations.  

Danielle is a results oriented HR expert with more than a decade of experience in various industries nationwide. A strategic partner who supports business growth, and a trusted advisor in the areas of multi-state and federal law compliance, Danielle understands all aspects of HR consulting and administration.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and going to the beach.

Danielle is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Charlotte Area SHRM.

Breanne Walker, Senior Analyst

Breanne Walker was raised in Southern California and attended the University of Utah, where she received a degree in Communication with an emphasis in Marketing, and a weekend emphasis in Utah snow sports. 

She has worked for both small businesses and large corporations in the role of Sales Professional, Marketing Manager and Accounts Receivable Coordinator before transitioning to full time Accounting. Breanne helps small businesses excel and attain their financial goals through managing day to day business finances including bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, inventory management, budget forecasting, and payroll.

Outside the office she is an avid runner, cyclist and loves to hike National Parks. In addition to her activities on dry land, Breanne also enjoys jumping in the ocean and surfing with her three boys. 

Breanne holds a certificate as a Quickbooks Proadvisor.

Debbie Kerwin, Bookkeeping + Administrative Consultant

Originally from Denver, Debbie Kerwin received her degree from Mesa College in Grand Junction, CO.  Upon graduation Debbie headed for the warmth of Southern California, where she’s spent much of her life.

Debbie has decades of experience in a range of fields including administration, education and bookkeeping.

She enjoys taking long walks through the Back Bay, knitting projects, and visiting her kids and grandchildren in New York.

Lisa Beidleman, Analyst

A lifelong resident of Newport Beach, CA, Lisa Beidelman attended Chapman University while simultaneously earning her Aesthetician license.  

An entrepreneur from the start, Lisa spent two decades in the spa and wellness industry, pursuing advanced education certifications, and holding positions in teaching and business development, before owning and operating her own spa.  As an independent business owner Lisa realized how much she enjoyed the finance side of things, so she sold her successful business and transitioned into private financial management for individuals and small businesses. 

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys DIY house projects, concerts with her kids, and serving in her community. 

Sylvia Casady, Analyst

Sylvia Casady received her degree from Pittsburg State University.

As an experienced Account Project Manager, Sylvia has a demonstrated history working in the consumer goods and retail industry. Skilled in project management, replenishment, forecasting, product development, and retail photography, Sylvia has what it takes to drive marketing, growth, and exposure.

Though Sylvia’s day to day is focused on Project Management, she loves to spend time with her family, hiking, traveling, exploring new places, and watching her two hometown teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas University Jayhawks.
